Hank is a professional observer of human behavior. He is President of Hank Fieger Associates which he began in 1991. He has been in the training & development field for the last 44 years beginning in 1976 when he worked with Timothy Gallwey, author of “The Inner Game of Tennis,” helping him develop a staff of trainers. His specialty is Behavioral Executive Coaching, Team Building, Executive Presentation Skills, and Leadership Communication Skills, using a model of open and honest communication. He is the author of the upcoming book, Behavior Change…A View From the Inside Out.

Hank’s education in business, economics and psychology, propelled him to coach senior executives and senior management teams. He especially enjoys working with executives who have strong technical or financial backgrounds. While training and coaching managers at Apple from 1987-1990, he observed that interpersonal communication skills can be learned, just like learning to use new tools. Hank has had the privilege to personally train and coach more than 1000 executives at IBM, the UN, Apple, Microsoft, Adobe, ABN Amro (RBS), Philips, and Ogilvy & Mather, to name a few, in over 20 countries around the world.

His dream is to help others to reach their potential.
